Every Friday morning, we have a staff meeting. Everyone is required to attend—estheticians, physician, front desk staff, spa manager, owner/marketing director. The agenda may be educational, keeping us all on the cutting edge of technological developments, or open discussions about what we can do better as a team. Breakfast is provided, which, frankly, helps ensure everyone attends.

Furthermore, product reps often come (with lunch) to present a new line or review or update us on one we already carry. Manufacturer reps/trainers come so we are up-to-date on laser and IPL protocols. We offer microdermabrasion, chemical peels, fractional laser skin rejuvenations, laser vein treatment and laser hair removal.

Additionally, everyone is encouraged to use all the products so we can experience the results first-hand.

However, the most popular are the quarterly celebrations. When we have a successful quarter, we party. We go out and eat, drink, and have a great time!

    Cassie Pucket, Medical Aesthetician

Cassie graduated from the Aveda Institute and has 8 years experience in Medical Aesthetics. 

One of Cassie's strengths is her awesome knowledge about ingredients in skin care products.  Ask her anything!  In the unlikely case she doesn't already know, she will research the issue until she has the answer.

Heather is a graduate of the first accredited Esthetics Institute in the country, the Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics.

She has 13 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in homeopathic healing.  Now she specializes in medical esthetics.

Heather says:  "I have enjoyed watching this industry change dramatically in the last 15 years.  There has been a major shift towards a more medical results-oriented approach."
