SKIN CARE REGIMEN

regimen.jpgA good skin care regimen is essential to healthy, radiant, young-looking skin.

Our medical aestheticians talk with you during your complimentary consultation to customize your treatment program.

1.  Sun blocks are the most important ingredients for just about everyone, for almost all skin concerns, all the time.

2.  Skin care regimens also include an anti-oxidant.

Vitamin C,  one of the most common anti-oxidants, helps the skin in two important ways. First, vitamin C is an anti-oxidant and can help reduce skin damage caused by free radicals. Second, vitamin C is essential for the synthesis of collagen, a key structural protein of the skin.  Your aesthetician will suggest which of our anti-oxidant products is the best choice for you.

3.  Exfoliation is another essential in good skin care.

Vitamin A is necessary for exfoliation. Exfoliate your skin regularly so that your dry, flaky skin is no longer there.  Your medical aesthetician will recommend the best form of Vitamin A for you.

You should also come to the spa for professional exfoliation treatments (microdermabrasions or chemical peels) once every 4 -6 weeks.

Everything you need for a an effective, results-oriented skin-care regimen, including specialized moisturizers and eye creams, is available in our Apothecary.
