Instead of suctioning fat from the problem areas, as with lipo suction surgery, the doctor injects a mixture of purified soy bean extract (Phosphatidylcholine) and bile salt (deoxycholate) to dissolve the fat. This combination of naturally occurring substances dissolves localized fat which the body then absorbs.
