Fractional Laser Skin resurfacing with the AFFIRM laser is the newest form of treatment for skin tightening, improving fine lines and wrinkles, acne and accident scars and skin stretch mark reduction.

With Fractional Skin Rejuvenation , the laser beam is broken up or fractionated into many small micro-beams. These micro-beams are separated so when they strike the skin surface, small areas of the skin between the beams are not effected by the laser and left intact. The small areas treated by the fractional micro-beams, called micro-treatment zones, cause sufficient laser treatment to promote new collagen production and resultant skin rejuvenation.
